Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Own day-to-day safety on the ground at the Phoenix manufacturing site: walk the floor, find the hazards, and fix them before they find someone.
  • Run the site safety program end to end: training, permits, incident investigation, and corrective actions that actually close.
  • Build safe operating procedures with supervisors and operators for high-energy work: welding, cranes, powered equipment, and electrical.
  • Keep the site compliant with OSHA and company standards while production scales, without becoming the reason work stops.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've owned safety at a manufacturing or heavy-industrial site, on the floor, not from an office.
  • You've investigated real incidents and driven corrective actions that changed how work gets done.
  • Operators bring you problems early because you fix things instead of writing people up.
  • You've built training that crews remember at the moment it matters.
  • You know OSHA general industry requirements cold and apply them with judgment.
  • Bonus: OSHA 30/500. CSP or ASP track. Fabrication or heavy assembly environments. Startup or greenfield sites. Spanish fluency.
