Safety Manager in
Holly Springs, NC supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.
- Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
- Daily safety audits and inspections
- Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
- Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)
- Lead a team of 3+ Construction Safety staff
Qualifications- Minimum 10+ years of direct construction safety experience required
- Working knowledge pharmaceutical safety protocols
- OSHA 510 required
- Advance knowledge of construction safety standards
- Great verbal and written communication
- Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills

- Must have large Capital Project experience as well as leadership experience
