Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers in finding their ideal RV
  • Present vehicle inventory and demonstrate product features
  • Implement dealership's sales process effectively
  • Manage all phases of the sales process, from prospecting to delivery
  • Develop strategies to enhance market share
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous training
  • Conduct follow-up with customers, including previous buyers

Full Job Description
Compensation
  • $60,000 - $150,000+

What You'll Do:
  • Develop relationships with our customers
  • Listen to our customer's and help find their dream RV
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Understand and implement the dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications through daily training
  • Follow-up with customers, including past customers
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons
