Full Job Description
THE ROLE

As our RRO Program Manager, you will lead and transform Everpure's global reverse logistics network, optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of returned products, refurbishment, repair, and remanufacturing. Collaborating closely with Customer Support, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external 3PL partners, you will convert complex reverse supply chain challenges into operational efficiency and strategic business value. Your mission is to elevate the customer experience by accelerating turnaround times while driving cost recovery, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability across our hardware ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • End-to-End Reverse Supply Chain Optimization: Partner with internal teams (Logistics, IT, Quality, Customer Support) and external 3PL and repair partners to design and refine returns routing, RMA workflows, and inventory disposition, directly reducing processing turnaround times and elevating customer satisfaction.
  • Performance & KPI Management: Own key operational metrics across reverse operations-including turnaround time, cost per return, and recovery yield-utilizing data-driven analysis and continuous improvement frameworks to maximize asset recovery and network profitability.
  • Systems Integration & Change Leadership: Lead cross-functional implementations and enhancements for returns portals, warehouse management systems (WMS), and repair tracking tools to ensure end-to-end tracking, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance: Drive circular economy initiatives by maximizing product reuse and waste reduction while ensuring all reverse logistics operations strictly comply with global trade, environmental, and safety regulations.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Reverse Logistics & Operations Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency managing complex reverse supply chain programs, RMA workflows, customer returns, and vendor repair or remanufacturing operations within fast-paced hardware environments.
  • Systems & Data Analysis Skills: Practical experience utilizing ERP and WMS platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) alongside structured root-cause analysis techniques to optimize operational processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and program management skills with a proven ability to align diverse cross-functional teams and external supply chain vendors around shared business outcomes.
  • Sustainable Supply Chain Knowledge: Working knowledge of global trade, environmental, and safety compliance standards as they apply to returned goods processing and sustainable product lifecycle management.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara HQ office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
