The RPA Developer II independently develops, enhances, and maintains RPA solutions following established standards and best practices. This role collaborates with business partners to understand requirements, delivers moderately complex automations, and supports ongoing improvements to ensure reliable and scalable RPA operations.
What You'll Be DoingRPA Development, Enhancement and Maintenance 60%- Design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Enhance existing RPA solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot assigned RPA processes.
- Assist in identifying root causes of issues and implementing fixes.
- Support testing efforts and resolve defects during development and post deployment.
- Create and track work tasks using Azure
Project Participation and Collaboration 20%- Work closely with Senior and Lead developers to learn best practices and improve technical skills.
- Participate in requirements gathering and process analysis with guidance from senior team members.
- Support integration and system testing efforts to validate automation functionality.
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT, and process owners to understand automation needs and
- ensure successful delivery.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team documentation and standards.
- Provide informal support to junior developers or interns as needed.
Orchestrator, Server and Architecture Support 20%- Support the configuration and use of RPA Orchestrator and version control systems (e.g., TFS, Git).
- Assist with troubleshooting issues related to RPA environments and deployments.
- Maintain documentation for assigned automations and configurations.
- Create and maintain libraries, RE framework, OAC Submissions, schedules, etc.
What You'll Bring- 2+ years proficient in Web Services and APIs integration. Working knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) and experience with Excel automation.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).
- Basic understanding of RPA architecture and server environments.
- Demonstrates the ability to be an effective collaborator and exhibit logical thinking.
- Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills, especially with non-technical and technical team members, ability to effectively document.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Insightful with a desire to keep learning, growing, and teaching.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
Nice To Have- Experience with .NET, Python, SQL, APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
- Exposure to Intelligent Automation, including AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and document understanding technologies.
- Experience developing human-in-the-loop workflows using UiPath Action Center or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and AI services.
