Summary of Responsibilities:Engineers hired into the SEED program are full-time ATC employees placed directly into a functional engineering unit and participate in a structured, enterprise-wide development program. SEED engineers deepen their technical skills within their home department while also participating in targeted learning opportunities across ATC. Rotations into additional functional engineering teams continue until a transition into a role is made based on the participants skills and desires, as well as the needs of ATC.
As a Rotation Program Engineer, you will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced engineers and industry professionals, and develop a strong understanding of how engineering functions work together to support ATC's mission. What You'll Do- Actively participate in one of ATC's main engineering functional teams
- Participate in learning opportunities across engineering and business functions.
- Support engineering projects that contribute to the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of the electric transmission system.
- Analyze technical information and provide recommendations to support project and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and stakeholders across the organization.
- Learn and apply engineering standards, practices, and industry regulations.
- Develop an understanding of how ATC's business functions support reliable energy delivery.

What You'll HaveEducationBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience- Strong understanding of engineering principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Internship, co-op, undergraduate research, or relevant engineering experience preferred.
- Participation in engineering clubs, competitions, technical organizations, or team-based projects preferred.

The targeted base pay for this position is $77,400 to $90,200 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
