- Own rotating equipment for behind-the-meter generation: turbines, engines, and generators specified, evaluated, and integrated.
- Engineer the mechanical packages: skids, auxiliaries, vibration, and alignment requirements set by you.
- Run factory and site acceptance: witness tests, punch the packages, and hold vendors to their curves.
- Support the fleet: reliability issues on rotating equipment root-caused and engineered out.

- You've engineered rotating equipment: gas turbines, recip engines, or large pumps and compressors.
- You've owned equipment specifications and vendor technical evaluations.
- You've witnessed factory acceptance tests and rejected what didn't perform.
- You read vibration data and know what it's telling you.
- You've root-caused rotating equipment failures in the field.
- Bonus: Gas turbine or recip package integration. API standards fluency. Condition monitoring systems. Power plant commissioning.
