Full Job Description
  • Own rotating equipment for behind-the-meter generation: turbines, engines, and generators specified, evaluated, and integrated.
  • Engineer the mechanical packages: skids, auxiliaries, vibration, and alignment requirements set by you.
  • Run factory and site acceptance: witness tests, punch the packages, and hold vendors to their curves.
  • Support the fleet: reliability issues on rotating equipment root-caused and engineered out.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've engineered rotating equipment: gas turbines, recip engines, or large pumps and compressors.
  • You've owned equipment specifications and vendor technical evaluations.
  • You've witnessed factory acceptance tests and rejected what didn't perform.
  • You read vibration data and know what it's telling you.
  • You've root-caused rotating equipment failures in the field.
  • Bonus: Gas turbine or recip package integration. API standards fluency. Condition monitoring systems. Power plant commissioning.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
