What You'll Do- Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
- Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs
- Educate customers on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
- Guide homeowners through the entire project lifecycle, from inspection to completion
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the IBC Roofing brand with professionalism
