Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in roofing.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and business applications like Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of construction practices, plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Bilingual capability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate and assemble Project Submittal Packages for approval.
• Pre-register manufacturer's warranties to ensure compliance.
• Manage and implement change orders efficiently throughout the project.
• Produce and maintain accurate Schedule of Values documentation.
• Keep daily logs and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
• Attend on-site meetings, document minutes, and conduct quality control inspections.
• Resolve construction-related issues, facilitating conflict resolution among stakeholders.
