Role Scope- Run the projects that put robotics into live sites and the factory: pilots, installs, and scale-up.
- Coordinate robot vendors, integrators, and site teams from first survey to steady-state operation.
- Own the deployment playbook: safety, commissioning, training, and support, so site two is easier than site one.
- Track performance after go-live and force the fix-or-pull decision on underperforming cells.
What We're Looking For- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
- You've deployed robotics, automation cells, or heavy equipment into operating environments.
- You've managed integrator and vendor scopes to acceptance criteria you wrote.
- You take safety reviews seriously enough to stop a job over one.
- You've turned a pilot into a repeatable rollout kit.
- You measure post-deployment reality, uptime and throughput, and act on it.
- Bonus: Industrial robotics platforms. Data center or manufacturing environments. Functional safety basics. Field commissioning.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
