  • Performance and reporting. Help to define, track, and create efficiencies, analyzing performance and lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-functional coordination. Act as the North American operations point of contact with home-o ice teams (Sales, SCM) in Munich, coordinating across time zones and representing the service center's operational interests.
  • Oversight and exceptions. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions, reviewing accuracy and resolving exceptions; direct the work of the warehouse and logistics with Customer Support and carriers.
  • Tools and calibration. Oversee tool inventory, calibration schedules, and certification tracking, managing the associated vendor relationships and ensuring compliance.
  • Occasional coverage. Provide hands-on support during peak periods or coverage gaps as needed.
