Hiring Range
$85,800.00 - $117,975.00/AnnualActual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

🩺 What You'll Do:
  • Lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals, ensuring high-quality care and compassionate service across the unit.
  • Build a winning team culture, improving staff retention
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments-rehab, social services, activities, dietary, pharmacy, and consulting physicians-to maintain personalized care plans for each resident.
  • Promote safety and policy compliance, proactively managing risk and supporting a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and performance, fostering professional growth and team morale.
  • Monitor and drive quality assurance initiatives that continuously improve resident care and operational excellence.
  • Provide direct nursing support, including medication administration, as needed.
