RN Unit ManagerRN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
- Supervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs on the unit
- Ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Completing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participating in care plan meetings and collaborating with other departments to support resident needs
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Addressing staff concerns and helping maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
