RN Unit ManagerFull-Time | $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
Your RoleAs Unit Manager, you'll support the DON in managing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, proactive care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee infection control efforts and reporting
- Collaborate with the Facility Educator on training and development
- Help determine and manage staffing needs
- Assist in policy and procedure review and updates
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations
- Ensure resident care follows individualized plans and best practices
Requirements- Current RN license in Montana or ability to transfer
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required
- Nurse leadership/management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
