We9re seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our strong clinical leadership team. This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for an RN who is ready to support staff, guide care delivery, and grow professionally.
Your RoleAs Unit Manager, you9ll support the DON in managing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, proactive care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee infection control efforts and reporting
- Collaborate with the Facility Educator on training and development
- Help determine and manage staffing needs
- Assist in policy and procedure review and updates
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations
- Ensure resident care follows individualized plans and best practices
Requirements- Current RN license in Montana or ability to transfer
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required
- Nurse leadership/management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
