A dynamic skilled nursing facility is searching for experienced candidates for the position of RN SUpervisor/ Unit Manager. Our RN Nursing Supervisor/ Unit Manager interacts with all levels of Nursing personnel, other department personnel and medical providers to ensure quality care is provided to each resident/patient.
Responsibilities may include are but not limited to:
• Assists in on-going quality assurance of resident care and documentation.
• Maintains a positive attitude and rapport with family members.
• Assumes independent responsibilities for documenting disciplinary concerns for charge nurses on designated shifts, including reprimands, oral and written warning.
• Complete care plans, open episodic care plans and quarterly care plans
• Assists with staffing
• IV's
• Communicate with Doctors
Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by DNS/ADNS.
