Our RN Nursing Supervisor/ Unit Manager interacts with all levels of Nursing personnel, other department personnel and medical providers to ensure quality care is provided to each resident/patient.
Responsibilities may include are but not limited to:
Assists in on-going quality assurance of resident care and documentation.
Maintains a positive attitude and rapport with family members.
Assumes independent responsibilities for documenting disciplinary concerns for charge nurses on designated shifts, including reprimands, oral and written warning.
Complete care plans, open episodic care plans and quarterly care plans
Assists with staffing

Communicate with Doctors
Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by DNS/ADNS.
