Full Job Description
RN Supervisor
Salaried: $83,200 - $91,520 annually (depending on experience)
Hourly equivalent: $40-$44/hour
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $7,500
Shift: Full-Time, Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible

Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking to add an RN Supervisor to its nursing leadership team. In this role, you'll oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift, ensuring residents receive high-quality care while supporting staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe and positive environment. If you're an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for resident-centered care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise nursing staff, including team leaders, nursing assistants, and trainees during assigned shifts
  • Ensure resident care plans are implemented, updated, and followed appropriately
  • Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with providers and families
  • Oversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and nursing services
  • Address resident, family, visitor, and staff concerns while promoting a positive care experience
  • Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling adjustments, and overtime authorization as needed
  • Support staff education, orientation, coaching, and performance management activities
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, resident rights, and regulatory requirements
  • Respond to emergencies, safety concerns, incidents, and facility operational issues
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
