RN Supervisor Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3p-11p shift.
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
- Conduct nursing rounds throughout the units.
- Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other nursing care activities.
- Provide guidance and education to staff, residents, and families.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
RN Supervisor Qualifications- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
