NEW Increased Pay: $42.50 - $50.50/hour (Based on experience) PLUS Additional Shift Differentials - $2/hour for evening shift & $5/hour for night shift
PLUS option for Enhanced Pay without benefits
What You'll Do as a Staff Nurse (RN): - Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Promote a resident-centered environment by supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adequate supplies and resources, and maintaining high standards of care.
Staff Nurse (RN) Qualifications: - Current Rhode Island RN license
