Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
Requirements:- Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
