Gundersen Health System is seeking a RN, Professional Development Nurse (Nurse Educator) supporting the Cardiology Procedural Service Line, including Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Cardiology Pre/Post Procedure Services. What you will do:
- 1.0 FTE, salaried role
- Lead orientation, education, competency development, and professional growth activities for registered nurses and designated support personnel within the Cardiology Procedural Service Line, including Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Cardiology Pre/Post Procedure Services.
- Partner with operational leaders and clinical subject matter experts to assess learning needs, support competency validation processes, and promote evidence-based practice across the multidisciplinary team.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Master’s degree in Nursing required within 5 years
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Cardiology and/or Cardiology Procedures
- Desired, candidate would have Cath lab, EP or Cardiology Vascular surgery experience.
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
