Full Job Description
Stanleytown Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bassett, VA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN House Supervisor.

As the RN House Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What You'll Do
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
  • Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
  • Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.
  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.


What You Need
  • Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
