RN Manager, Neuroscience

Responsibilities

We're looking for an exceptional Nursing Manager to join our Neuroscience unit at our downtown Fresno campus! This 52-bed unit, cares for various neuro comorbidities, including epilepsy, brain tumors, spinal injury and more! As Manager of Neuroscience, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required

Licenses and Certifications

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
