Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Home health experience preferred, including assessments and wound care.
• Two years of medical, surgical, or critical care/ER experience preferred.
• One year of recent infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification from a hands-on class needed.
• Completion of a skills assessment related to the applicant's experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality in-home care and administer infusions per Nurse Practice Act.
• Teach patients how to self-administer specialty pharmacy infusion therapies.
• Access and maintain various IV lines and perform lab processing while following infection control.
• Coordinate nursing care planning with the Director of Nursing and manage clinical decisions for patient care.
• Demonstrate understanding of age-related differences in patient populations.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to policies and procedures, including efficient time management.
• Be willing to travel within assigned regions and work flexible shifts, including on-call.
