Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
Specialized training in infection prevention (IPCO or CIC preferred, or willing to obtain).
CDC Infection Control Certification (or must obtain shortly after hire).
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Infection Control RN to lead our clinical safety initiatives. You will oversee our facility's Infection Control Program in compliance with NYSDOH and CMS regulations, ensuring a safe environment for our residents and staff.
