(RN) Home Health/Hospice Clinical VP of Operations
(Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Base Salary/Bonus Structure and more!)Position Responsibilities: • Provide visible clinical leadership; coach and hold RN/LPN teams and nursing supervisors accountable for reliable, high-quality care.
• Improve clinical scheduling, client assignments and reassessment workflows; implement clear RN case ownership and appropriate nurse-case-manager oversight.
• Lead QAPI, documentation quality, regulatory/accreditation readiness, incident response, infection prevention and clinical competency development.
• Guide oversight of personal-care and higher-acuity in-home nursing services, including important client/family consultations and clinical escalations.
• Partner directly with ownership and existing managers to build sustainable clinical operations and a high-performing nursing culture.
Requirements• Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date.• Demonstrated clinical leadership in home care, private-duty nursing, home health, hospice, or a closely related community-based setting.• Proven oversight of RN/LPN teams, clinical assessments and care plans, quality/compliance, and nurse development.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management capability, and ability to collaborate with established operations, scheduling and HR leadership.
