skilled and motivated RN Clinical Manager for our Albuquerque, NM growing home health office, who brings

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health nursing teams
- Ensure OASIS accuracy, timeliness, and Medicare compliance
- Coach and develop clinicians to improve documentation, quality, and outcomes
- Lead case conferences and care coordination efforts
- Monitor and drive performance metrics, quality scores, and regulatory readiness
- Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations
? What You Bring- Active RN license (New Mexico or compact)
- Home health experience (required)
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and regulations
- Leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Supervisor, Lead RN, or similar)
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance standards
- A passion for mentorship, accountability, and quality improvement
? Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Proven success improving STAR ratings or quality measures
- Background managing high-volume home health caseloads or teamsPreferred Qualifications
