Are you passionate about women's health and interested in growing your leadership skills? Our Southpointe OBGYN Clinic is seeking a Clinical Care Leader (CCL) to support a high-performing team while helping deliver exceptional patient care.

This days-only position offers no nights or weekends and provides a unique opportunity to continue meaningful patient interactions while developing leadership experience. As a working leader, you'll be trained in both phone triage and rooming workflows, serve as a resource for staff, help support daily clinic operations, and contribute to improving clinical outcomes.

The CCL role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient care, values teamwork and accountability, and is interested in expanding their influence within the organization while preparing for future leadership opportunities. Prior clinic experience is preferred.

Summary
The Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role facilitates health care services for patients in cooperation with the health care team. Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills to analyze data and appropriately respond to changing situations. Effective communication skills to collaborate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, situations, and/or issues with peers, inter-professional colleagues, patients and families. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, clinical support staff and the public. Serves as a mentor to staff while assisting in facilitating the over-all clinic activities. Participates and may serve in leadership roles on department/organizational tasks forces and committees.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) that has a proven ability to lead and inspire teams. Individuals who thrive in this role demonstrate excellent communication, critical-thinking skills, and adapt to a dynamic clinic setting. This role will be the support person for a multidisciplinary team, in various capacities. This role may assist in conducting new staff training, orientation, as well as peer reviews.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred in Fargo, Fargo Network, Bemidji, Sioux Falls Network and Rapid City. Required in Bismarck and Sioux Falls (Sanford USD Medical Center and Clinics)

Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, those accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

Minimum of two years' clinical experience preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Functions within the legal scope of practice.
