RN Charge Nurse

About the Role

As a RN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and providing direct patient care in our state-of-the-art nursing center. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective care plans, monitoring patient progress, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing units, including medication administration, wound care, and other delegated tasks.

Responsibilities
• Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring that all residents receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and evaluations, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Medication Management: Administer medications, maintain accurate medication records, and monitor patient responses to medications.
• Wound Care: Conduct wound assessments, develop wound care plans, and provide ongoing wound care and management.
• Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing units, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
