Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Risk Management Risk Manager Registered Nurse in Westwood, NJ.
Responsibilities
- The Risk Manager is responsible for the execution of the Ardent Risk Management Program across their facility.
- This position develops and supports facility level risk management activities and programs.
- This position will manage the Risk Management needs across the facility, including risk management policy and procedure implementation, risk identification and mitigation, provide risk management related education, support and event investigations.
- This position will also support patient safety and quality activities as needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- 3+ years of healthcare, risk management, quality, compliance, patient safety, or related experience.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
