We're looking for a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to help deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. In this role, you'll manage projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans-supporting design, implementation, and compliance-while collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.

You'll work as part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and access to in-country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions. Our structure eliminates silos, enabling seamless cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing.

This is an opportunity to combine technical understanding with strategic thinking-helping clients align equity programs with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Must Have
  • 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
  • Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).


Nice to Have
  • Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
  • Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.


Additional Information
  • This is a regular full-time position
  • This is a hybrid role
  • Location: San Jose
  • Compensation: $106,200 - $203,500 USD. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
