  • Collaborate directly with sales and operations leaders to establish best practices for underwriting and asset management
  • Stress test asset performance against potential macro and micro economic scenarios, surfacing risks and opportunities proactively
  • Implement automation solutions that streamline workflows and increase GTM efficiency across the revenue organization
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects that support revenue generation and strategic decision-making
  • Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations that inform strategy at every level of the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, contributing meaningfully to the company's growth and competitive positioning
What we're looking for

  • Progressive accounting and finance background, including hands-on experience reviewing and interpreting P&L statements
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to transform and synthesize data across multiple sources using leading visualization platforms
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability-you can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across departments and seniority levels
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and other automation tools used to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy
  • A growth mindset and intellectual curiosity-you are energized by ambiguity and motivated to build scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
