Qualifications

• 8-12 years in revenue and accounting operations, with leadership roles in SaaS or tech companies.
• CPA or equivalent financial management qualification.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and related billing processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems, specifically NetSuite SuiteBilling and Payfac.
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets, turning operational metrics into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and systems in dynamic environments.
• Solid knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills across organizations.
• Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Timezone.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order-to-cash processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize revenue recognition processes under ASC606 and advise on complex contracts.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to sync billing with financial forecasts.
• Establish and track KPIs for billing accuracy and cash conversion efficiency.
• Build scalable systems and processes aligned with SaaS business models.
• Oversee data flow between CRM, billing, and ERP systems.
• Lead initiatives to integrate systems and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Design and document internal controls for financial operations.
