Retail Sales Associate

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proven experience in retail sales or account management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital selling techniques
• Knowledge of Ford products or automotive industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

• Become a Ford product expert to assist customers in vehicle selection
• Respond to internet leads professionally via various communication methods
• Guide customers through inquiries to in-store appointments or remote purchases
• Follow up with unsold leads and previous customers proactively
• Establish and grow a pipeline of repeat and referral customers
• Market personally via social media and community engagement
• Maintain detailed and updated notes in the CRM system
• Collaborate with management to enhance lead-to-sale conversions
