What You'll Be Doing:- Generating your own leads through field work and door-to-door outreach
- Meeting directly with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
- Presenting solutions and closing deals on the spot (one-call close)
- Learning and using proven sales scripts and systems
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups
The first few weeks are hands-on and field-focused: lead generation, learning the process, and getting comfortable in the role.
