Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Proven track record in customer service or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

• Become a Ford product expert to assist customers in vehicle selection
• Respond promptly to internet leads through various communication channels
• Guide customers from online interest to in-store appointments and purchases
• Proactively follow up with past leads and customers to drive sales
• Build personal relationships to create a pipeline of repeat and referral business
• Self-market using social media and community involvement to enhance personal brand
• Keep CRM current with detailed records and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with management to enhance lead-to-sale conversions
