Become the strategic partner behind inventory success! As a Retail Allocation Manager, you'll ensure optimal stock availability and drive efficiency across our stores, combining analytical prowess with proactive decision-making to create seamless shopping experiences.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute and review daily allocation and replenishment plans in o9 for assigned store groups (driven by country or servicing warehouse).
  • Monitor inventory positions, stock imbalances, and exception alerts.
  • Resolve exceptions within agreed thresholds and escalate where required.
  • Adjust planning parameters within defined policies to respond to changing demand or supply conditions.
  • Ensure accurate execution of stock transfer orders into ERP systems.
  • Liaise with stores, logistics, and central teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Track and report on performance indicators for assigned stores.
  • Provide guidance on allocation strategies, prioritization, and exception management as a liaison between allocators and inventory Planning lead.
  • Own allocation and replenishment performance across the managed store network, ensuring inventory decisions support availability, productivity, and inventory health targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in allocation processes, system utilization, and parameter optimization across the team.

The Retail Allocation Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of inventory allocation and replenishment for a defined group of stores. The role ensures optimal stock availability while working within established policies and parameters.

This is a judgement-led role requiring strong system knowledge, analytical thinking, and proactive exception management.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Extensive experience in allocation, replenishment, and inventory planning within high-volume retail environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with planning and forecasting systems (o9, SAP, or comparable platforms) to support data-driven inventory strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership, prioritizing competing initiatives and delivering results with limited oversight.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, leveraging data insights to identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with store leadership, supply chain partners, and cross-functional team members.
  • Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable operational strategies, while coaching and developing team members to improve planning effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Leadership experience driving regional allocation initiatives, including promotional planning and strategic event execution to support sales and inventory objectives.
  • Must be able to work early mornings. Some nights, weekends and holidays are required during peak times.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
