ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior restructuring advisor to clients and stakeholders on capital structure alternatives, liability management strategies, distressed M&A options, financing alternatives, stakeholder engagement, and Chapter 11 or out-of-court paths to resolution. Lead senior execution of restructuring advisory assignments. Work with Partners to develop, source, and win restructuring mandates. Mentor mid-level and junior professionals.
QualificationsREQUIRES: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related field, plus at least 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor's experience as an Investment Banker or closely related role at an investment bank. Also requires:
- 5 years' experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Python, Adobe.
- 5 years' experience with financial data and transaction research platforms, including PitchBook, LSEG/Refinitiv, S&P Markit, or similar tools, to evaluate valuation, transaction precedent, capital markets activity, and industry trends;
- 5 years' experience with restructuring, credit, legal, or market research platforms, including CreditSights/Covenant Review, Debtwire/Xtract Research, Octus/Reorg, or similar tools, to analyze distressed companies, capital structures, credit instruments, and restructuring precedents; and
- 4 years' experience with relationship-mapping and market intelligence platforms, including RelSci, AlphaSense, or similar tools, to support client coverage, relationship development, market research, and deal origination.
- Any required experience may have been gained concurrently.
Salary: $300,914 per annum
