Qualifications

• Proficiency in Time & Material billing, remediation, mitigation, and abatement.
• Strong ability to build relationships, lead teams, and manage client expectations.
• Excellent decision-making, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Must meet company driving requirements, including age, experience, and a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with adjusters, property owners, and facility managers to generate restoration opportunities.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and contracts for project initiation and completion.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to promote business growth and synergies.
• Communicate with project managers to ensure high service quality and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, policies, and financial reporting requirements.
• Manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to maintain project profitability.
• Resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters while optimizing solutions for new work opportunities.
