The New Leader in Training (NLT) Program is a 12-month, cohort-based leadership development track designed to take motivated hospitality professionals and prepare them for restaurant management. As we head into our busiest season, we're hiring a handful of Managers into this program who will immerse themselves in the operations of three NYC restaurants, rotating through hands-on assignments, mentorship, and structured coursework designed to build well-rounded, capable leaders.
This is not a shadowing role. NLT Managers take on real responsibility from day one - running shifts, leading teams, and learning the financial and operational fundamentals that drive a successful restaurant.

- Learn core management functions including scheduling, labor and food cost management, guest recovery, and service standards
- Participate in structured leadership training covering culture, people management, P&L fundamentals, and operational excellence
