What You'll Do The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of day-to-day operations. You will provide visible leadership to management and employees while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are always exceeded. You will help develop key employees, implement standards and procedures, provide quality training, and develop talent. You are eligible to participate in a Restaurant Leadership Bonus Plan. The target bonus opportunity is set at 20% of your base salary and will be paid quarterly.
Who You Are - 5+ years' experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership role

- Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
- Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry

Pay Range
$115,000-$130,000 USD
