En quoi consiste ce poste :

Le ou la Responsable Santé, Sécurité, Sûreté et Environnement sera le point de contact principal pour toutes les exigences et activités en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement du compte au Canada. Ce rôle stratégique est essentiel à l'avancement de la culture SSE de JLL en fournissant une expertise technique de pointe, un leadership visionnaire et un soutien rigoureux en matière de conformité réglementaire à travers l'ensemble des installations de JLL, incluant les acquisitions. Vous communiquerez les besoins et résultats SSE à l'équipe de direction centrale du compte tout en pilotant l'amélioration continue des pratiques de sécurité et l'excellence des normes de conformité. Cette opportunité vous permettra d'exercer un impact significatif et mesurable sur la sécurité au travail et la gestion environnementale responsable de nos opérations canadiennes.

  • Jouer un rôle de premier plan dans le développement continu et le perfectionnement de la culture SSE de JLL ainsi que des programmes de formation du compte, en assurant la supervision et l'harmonisation des formations et présentations sur des sujets spécifiques applicables aux employés et employées du compte.
  • Fournir une expertise technique, un leadership stratégique et un soutien concernant les enjeux de conformité réglementaire en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement pour l'ensemble des installations JLL, incluant toutes les acquisitions.
  • Assurer la gestion et la supervision SSE des facteurs et indicateurs de tendance en faisant rapport à la direction mensuellement, et fournir à l'équipe centrale de JLL et au client les données SSE actuelles et historiques nécessaires à l'atteinte de toutes les mesures CPI/KPI.
  • Soutenir les responsables de ligne de service et gérer le programme de formation du compte, incluant la création de documents, le suivi et la production de rapports, tout en assurant la conformité avec l'ensemble des sections SSE du programme de conformité des services d'ingénierie (JCAP).
  • S'assurer que les accidents, blessures, quasi-accidents, bonnes interventions en SSE et autres événements sont consignés, et que les données sont gérées et rapportées adéquatement ; maintenir le registre des accidents, incidents et premiers soins pour le compte au Canada et agir à titre d'administrateur ou d'administratrice du compte pour le système AIMS de JLL (système de gestion des accidents et incidents).
  • Diriger ou soutenir les enquêtes sur les événements de sécurité graves, analyser les causes profondes, assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre de mesures correctives efficaces, et préparer les communications visant à partager les leçons retenues à travers l'ensemble des opérations du compte.
  • Collaborer avec les autres gestionnaires SSE de Jones Lang LaSalle afin d'apprendre les pratiques exemplaires et de diffuser celles développées sur le compte client au bénéfice de l'ensemble des clients de l'entreprise, et soutenir le directeur ou la directrice HSSE mondial(e) dans le déploiement de nouveaux programmes de conformité et de pratiques exemplaires de gestion.


Qualifications requises :
  • Diplôme de baccalauréat ou dix années d'expérience pertinente sur le terrain.
  • Professionnel(le) en sécurité agréé(e) canadien(ne) (CRSP) ou professionnel(le) certifié(e) en sécurité (CSP).
  • Connaissance pratique des outils et techniques en matière de santé et sécurité, idéalement dans un environnement de gestion d'installations.
  • Connaissance et compréhension approfondies des normes, législations, codes de pratique, directives et procédures opérationnelles pertinentes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.

Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Lead - JLL

What this job involves:

The HSSE Lead serves as the primary point of contact for all health, safety, and environmental requirements and activities for the account in Canada. This role plays a critical part in advancing JLL's EHS culture by providing technical expertise, strategic leadership, and regulatory compliance support across all JLL facilities, including acquisitions. You will communicate EHS needs and results to the Account Central Leadership Team while driving continuous improvement in safety practices and compliance standards. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workplace safety and environmental stewardship across our Canadian operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Lead the development and refinement of JLL's EHS culture and training programs on the account, providing oversight and alignment for training and presentations on specific topics applicable to account employees.
  • Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support on regulatory compliance issues in Environmental Health and Safety for all JLL facilities, including acquisitions.
  • Manage and provide EHS oversight of trending factors and indicators, reporting to management on a monthly basis and supplying current and historical EHS data to meet all CPI/KPI metrics.
  • Support Service Line leads in managing the training program for the account, including document creation, tracking, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with all EHS sections of the Engineering Services Compliance Program (JCAP).
  • Ensure that accidents, injuries, near misses, good catches, and other events are captured, managed, and reported; maintain the Register of Accidents, Incidents and First Aid recordkeeping requirements for the account in Canada and serve as the Account Administrator for JLL's AIMS (Accident & Incident Management System).
  • Lead or support investigations of serious safety events, analyze root causes, track implementation of corrective actions, and prepare communications to share lessons learned across account operations.
  • Collaborate with other JLL EHS managers to learn and publish best practices developed on client accounts for the benefit of all firm clients, and support the Global HSSE Director in rolling out new compliance and best management practices programs.


Required Qualifications:

  • Evidence of strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and senior management.
  • Ability to work through and identify the root cause of any problem.
