Hitachi Energy - Montréal recherche une personne expérimentée pour diriger l'exécution sur site de projets critiques de production d'énergie et de réseaux électriques à travers le Québec. Ce rôle est au cœur de la réussite des projets, en supervisant les activités de construction depuis la préparation initiale du site jusqu'à l'installation, les essais et la mise en service d'équipements haute tension.

En tant que responsable principal sur le site, vous agirez comme point de contact privilégié auprès des clients et des parties prenantes locales, tout en coordonnant les sous-traitants, les équipes internes et les autorités réglementaires. Vous veillerez à ce que les projets soient livrés en toute sécurité, dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et en conformité avec les exigences contractuelles, réglementaires et de qualité.

Ce poste s'adresse à une personne terrain qui s'épanouit dans des environnements complexes, possède une solide expertise en travaux civils et sait concilier exécution technique et gestion des parties prenantes. Votre impact
  • Agir comme interface principale du site avec les clients, les autorités locales et les parties prenantes externes.
  • Diriger la mobilisation du site, la planification des effectifs et les activités quotidiennes pour atteindre les jalons du projet.
  • S'assurer que le personnel de chantier comprend clairement le périmètre des travaux (SoW) et la répartition des responsabilités (DoW).
  • Piloter la gestion des changements sur site, incluant les ordres de changement, variations et suivis avec les sous-traitants.
  • Coordonner les essais, la mise en service et l'acceptation client conformément aux exigences contractuelles.
  • Promouvoir et faire respecter rigoureusement les exigences en santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE).
  • Garantir la qualité d'exécution ainsi que la création, le suivi et l'archivage des dossiers et registres qualité du site.
  • Assurer la livraison des activités conformément aux échéanciers, aux objectifs de coûts et aux attentes des clients.
Votre expérience
  • Baccalauréat en génie civil, électrique ou mécanique.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience comme responsable de chantier au Québec, idéalement en énergie, réseaux électriques ou infrastructures lourdes.
  • Expérience démontrée en travaux civils, installation et/ou mise en service.
  • Bonne maîtrise des enjeux contractuels, des modalités commerciales et du contrôle des coûts sur site.
  • Connaissances reconnues et certifications en santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE).
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Le/la candidat(e) doit déjà détenir une autorisation de travail permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.

The opportunity

Hitachi Energy - Montréal is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead on-site execution of critical power generation and power grid projects across Québec. This role is central to project success, overseeing construction activities from early site preparation through installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment.

You will own site execution end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and local stakeholders while coordinating subcontractors, internal teams, and regulatory authorities.
