Full Time | Night Shift
Pay: $36-$50/hourbased on experience & shift differential
What You'll Do as a Respiratory Therapist:- Assess, monitor, and provide respiratory care to pediatric and young adult residents with complex medical needs.
- Administer prescribed respiratory treatments, including tracheostomy care and airway management.
- Monitor respiratory status and respond to changes in residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with care team members to develop and support individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and resident responses.
- Follow established clinical, safety, and infection control standards.
What We're Looking For:- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of respiratory care practices, procedures, and clinical standards.
- Experience with tracheostomy care and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
