Job DescriptionHII-Mission Technologies is looking for a Resource Manager who will be responsible for the proper manning of the RCOH group. They will liaison between RCOH's management team, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition regarding manning levels and personnel issues. Candidate will have various monitoring and initiation functions associated with personnel, while coordinating all hiring of personnel and supporting the team with hiring events, functions, and duties.
Essential Job Responsibilities- Carries out administrative duties for the RCOH Program Manager.
- Assist with the proper personnel loading of the RCOH program
- Liaison between Production and Project Managers, and Talent Acquisition.
- Schedule interviews for the RCOH group and compose job requisitions, while reviewing candidates for possible interview.
- Maintain the RCOH Personnel Matrix
- Ensure all required programs are updated and maintained with accurate personnel data.
- Trades Training
- Coordinate training needs for the trade's personnel.
- Coordinate with purchasing for training needs when a 3rd party training is required.
- Maintain a training matrix of individual training of individuals
- Timesheets and attendance
- Monitor and track trades timesheets for compliance and attendance
- Liaison with Production Manager and Human Resources for possible corrective actions of individuals not meeting attendance expectations
- Will be designated as the RCOH Groups timesheet proxy
- Trades Support
- Assist trades with timesheet, access, and various issues as they arise.
- Coordinate and run New Hire Orientation for the group.
- Ensure new hires receive the necessary safety training and network access
- Coordinate with other Operations groups to provide coverage and share personnel as needed.
Minimum Qualifications- 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
- Must have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in personnel coordination, staffing, human resources support, or operations support to include experience supporting trade, production, or industrial/manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to learn and maintain HR, timekeeping, and personnel-tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and documentation workflows.
- Must be able to create, track, and maintain personnel matrices and training records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose job requisitions and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Must be able to professionally interact with Production Managers, Project Managers, Trades personnel, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
- Musy be able to coordinate interviews, hiring activities, orientation sessions, and training logistics.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking.
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative when coordinating personnel needs.
- Flexibility to support hiring events, trade support needs, and operational priorities as they arise.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to support trades personnel with access, timesheet, and onboarding issues.
Preferred Requirements• Experience in personnel coordination, staffing, human resources support, or operations support to include experience supporting trade, production, or industrial/manufacturing environments
• Prior experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of necessary trades skills.
• Able to conduct an effective interview.
Physical RequirementsMay be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
