Residential Services Manager - Person County

The Residential Services Manager plays an important role within Freedom House Recovery Center's team, supporting the organization's mission to serve all in our community on their path to recovery, no matter who they are or what challenges they face. Reporting to the Residential Services Supervisor, this position is responsible for managing substance abuse halfway house(s), including overseeing daily program operations, supervising house staff, budget coordination and bed utilization, and working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure consistent, dependable service to the individuals and families we serve. Responsibilities $47 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in human services • Two years' experience in the field of addiction preferred • Working toward Counselor certification, meeting criteria for Qualified Alcohol/ Drug Abuse Professional
