No on-call. No 24/7. No pay surprises.
We're a residential plumbing company in Orange County looking for sales pros who treat customers the way they'd want their own family treated. Patient. Thorough. Honest. The kind of person who slows down, listens, and builds the right solution for the customer in front of them.
If that's you, and you've sold in the home before (solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, turf, pest, plumbing, or similar), we want to talk.
Why our sales pros stick around
- Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Sundays and Mondays off. Plan your life around it.
- No on-call. Ever. When you're off, you're off.
- Closed on every major holiday. Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's. All of them.
- No pay surprises. $28/hour fallback so you're never working for free, plus a transparent pay structure you can do the math on yourself. No fine print. No mystery deductions. No paychecks where you're trying to figure out what happened.
- Team average over $100K. Top performers $200K+. Nobody on our team is making less than $100K. This is skilled work that takes craft, patience, and grit. We crawl under houses, work in tight attics, and yes, sometimes the job gets messy. The pay reflects that.
- Quality calls, not call volume. Most shops run their guys ragged on low-value maintenance routes. We focus on real demand calls where the customer needs help and has the time to walk through options with you.
- Coaching that actually works. One of our sales pros went from $50K a month as a tech to $200K a month after working with our coach. Same person. Better support. Our sales coach rides along with you until you're at the top of the team.
- Onboarding that respects your time. Real training, real ramp, real support. You're not thrown to the wolves on day one.
What you get on day one
- Company truck to take home
- Gas card
- Uniforms
- Top-of-the-line camera and leak detection equipment
- A sales coach in the passenger seat until you're confident on your own
- A team that backs you up
Who we're looking for
The right person for this role takes pride in the way they treat people. They sit at the kitchen table with a homeowner and actually listen. They build customized options based on what that family needs, not what hits a quota. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and earn trust the right way.
Specifically:
- Real in-home sales experience. Solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, turf, termite or pest, plumbing, or similar. If you've sold high-ticket products inside a homeowner's living room, you know what we mean.
- A patient, customer-first approach. We're not hiring people who turn and burn through calls. We want pros who slow down, build trust, and treat every customer like family.
- Plumbing experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is how you carry yourself in someone's home.
- Coachable and humble. Our top performers got there by being open to feedback. If you already know everything, this isn't your shop.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR. You're driving our truck.
- Background check and drug screening required. Standard part of joining the team.
- Available Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
What we don't do
- We don't run 24/7 emergency dispatch.
- We don't do on-call rotations.
- We don't work major holidays.
- We don't push customers into things they don't need.
- We don't treat our people like numbers.
