What You'll Do:
Perform in-home HVAC service calls with precision and professionalism
Build strong customer relationships by educating and offering the right solutions
Diagnose heating/cooling issues and recommend the best repair or replacement options
Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site-because details matter
Fully utilize ServiceTitan (our dispatch and job management system) to log findings, update work details, and document jobs with photos
Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
Deliver 5-star service-every customer, every time
What You'll Get:
Earning Potential: $28.00 - $52.00/hour DOE
Work/Life Balance: Monday - Friday, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You Bring to the Team (Basic Qualifications):
- 2+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience- including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
- Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely - Strong communication skills-both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
- Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
