Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions
- Conduct in-home system evaluations and present replacement options
- Educate customers on equipment, indoor air quality products, and financing options
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Build customer trust through consultative selling and exceptional service
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Generate referrals and additional sales opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- HVAC industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening
